We look forward to helping you improve your golf game, but before we can do that we need you to fill out our contact form below. Once you complete your form and submit it, it will be sent to one of our professional staff where we will then communicate with you whether or not your requested session, date, and time has been accepted or needs to be changed.
Please submit your requests at least 24 hours in advance of your requested session day/time.
After we respond to your request to confirm your time, please acknowledge that you have received your confirmation.
If you do not hear back from us during our normal business hours, please give us a call so we can schedule you in. If a request is sent before or after business hours, we will respond to you as soon we have access to our time sheets.

Instruction Programs
Matt Keller, PGA (CoachNow, KVEST, BodiTrak, Blast Motion included)
- 60 Minute Adult Private Lesson – $150
- Package of 5 Lessons – $600
- 45 Minute Junior Lesson (17 & Under) – $75
- Package of 5 Junior Lessons (17 & Under) – $300
- 60 Minute Group Lesson – $40/person (minimum of 3 people)
- Swing Evaluation (Approx. 1 Hour 30 Min) – $175
- Coaching Program – Starting at $99/month (follow up with Matt for more details)
